Gimber N°2 Brut

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz Abstinence Cape Citrus
0.5 oz Cointreau (Orange Liquor)
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Lime Juice (freshly squeeze)
Orange Peel

Add some Cape Citrus, Cointreau, lime juice and cranberry juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.
