The GIM'Basque

For 1 cocktail : 

  • 20ml GIMBER
  • 20ml of lime
  • 60ml of Lillet Rosé
  • 1 tablespoon of Espelette pepper
  • 3 fresh strawberries
  • a few peppercorns of Timut pepper

  1. Put the GIMBER, the lime, the Lillet, the Espelette pepper and two strawberries into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. 
  2. Pour through a strainer into a glass.
  3. Garnish with a halved strawberry, a sprig of mint and some Timut pepper seeds.
