INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Abstinence Cape Citrus
1 oz Abstinence Blood Orange Aperitif
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Orange Peel
Vermouth traditionally contains alcohol. Replace with a non-alcoholic alternative for a completely alcohol free drink, or we like to leave it out completely.
METHOD:
Add the Cape Citrus, Blood Orange Aperitif and Sweet Vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a glass filled with large ice cubes and garnish with an orange peel.
